In many homes, a projector is still a black box that waits for movie night. However, a new category is emerging: the Ambient Light Projector. With more than a decade of R&D experience, Velec has been asking a deeper question: what else can a projector be?
The velec HALO ONE answers with a new role. It is not only a viewing device, but also an emotional space companion that can participate in sleep, wake-up, music, and everyday atmosphere.
Why Choose an Ambient Light Projector?
Hardware homogenization is one of the biggest challenges for projector brands. Velec started from ambient light, but treated it as a functional system rather than a simple decoration.
An ambient light projector like the velec HALO ONE supports scene-based lighting for sleep aid and gentle wake-up. These features give the product a reason to stay useful even when no movie is playing.
Smart Sleep Aid & Atmosphere
Sleep aid combines soothing white noise with dynamic lighting. velec HALO ONE supports custom white noise uploads from a smartphone, and its color extraction algorithm can match the ambient light with the uploaded content.
If the user uploads a calm forest, fireplace, or ocean scene, the room light can follow the warmth and tone of that content, turning a bedroom into a more relaxing space. This is the core value of an ambient light projector.
Gentle Wake-Up: The Sunrise Experience
Instead of a harsh alarm, velec HALO ONE can play healing melodies that gradually increase in volume while the light simulates sunrise. From a cool coastal dawn to a golden mountain sunrise, light and sound help the body wake more naturally.
The Future of Smart Projection
The velec HALO ONE’s scenario-based design has already shown strong commercial potential in China, where it has been adopted by brands like Dreame. For global partners, the same concept creates a high-margin product story that is easier to demonstrate than specifications alone.
Velec is looking for strategic partners for international markets. With short OEM lead time and a clear lifestyle value proposition, the velec HALO ONE Ambient Light Projector is built for brands that want to bring something fresh to smart projection.
